STATE QUESTION #6 - Abortion Rights - YES
On your ballot: Should the Nevada Constitution be amended to create an individual's fundamental right to an abortion, without interference by state or local governments, whenever the abortion is performed by a qualified healthcare professional until fetal viability or when necessary to protect the health or life of the pregnant individual at any point during the pregnancy?
Enshrines Nevada's existing abortion law into the state Constitution, shielding it from future legislative or legal challenge.
STATE QUESTION #7 - Voter ID - NO
On your ballot: Should the Nevada Constitution be amended to require voters to either present photo identification to verify their identity when voting in-person or to provide certain personal information to verify their identity when voting by mail ballot?
Amends the Nevada Constitution to require voters to present approved photo identification when voting in person or provide the last four digits of their driver's license or Social Security number when voting by mail.
The Nevada Secretary of State will issue a comprehensive 2026 State Ballot Question Guide closer to the election. You can find it at this link once it has been published.
