• • Print this form.
• • Fill out the form legibly and don't forget to sign it.
• • Mail or deliver it to the county clerk or registrar.

Other options for Registering to Vote
You may register to vote at the WashoeDEMS Headquarters, at any Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles office, at your county clerk or registrar's office, at various social service agencies, and on college campuses.

Changes to Current Registration
If you have moved, changed your name, want to change party affiliation, or otherwise have to update your voter registration status, you must submit another voter application form.  You may NOT, at this time, use the online voter registration system to update your information.
