Prominent Legislators to Address DEMS, Jan. 10
Join WashoeDEMS and hear about redistricting challenges!


RENO – The public is cordially invited to join the Democratic Party of Washoe County (WashoeDEMS) for talks by Assembly members and State Senator Sheila Leslie.

“Washoe County’s four Democratic Assembly members will need to introduce themselves to a whole lot of new constituents in 2012 as a result of redistricting,” Pam duPre, WashoeDEMS Executive Director, said.

“Join us to hear talks from Teresa Benitez-Thompson, David Bobzien, Skip Daly and Debbie Smith, as well as State Senator Sheila Leslie, about the challenges they face because of new district lines,” duPre added.

“Nevada legislators will also discuss the Jan. 21 precinct caucuses and how they will help these Assembly members get reelected,” concluded duPre.
