Local Democrats Hold Bake Off, June 18


RENO – The Democratic Party of Washoe County (Washoe DEMS) will hold a first-time Bake Off at their Headquarters.

·    What:       Great Dem Bake Off
·    When:       Saturday, June 18, 1 to 3 p.m.    
·    Where:       WashoeDEMS Headquarters, 1465 Terminal Way, Suite 1, Reno.
·    Cost:       $5 admission and $5 per food item (Fees include one vote and tasting; $1 for each additional vote)

“We invite all members of the public and families to show off your baking skills and/or come and enjoy some great food,” Xiomara Rodriguez, Washoe DEMS 2nd Vice Chair, said. “This is a fun-raiser as well as a fundraising event for the local Democratic Party.”

There will also be an opportunity to taste and vote for the best entries.
